Director does something brilliant here. He doesn’t show you the chase. He shows you the watching . For the first forty minutes, Secret Eyes feels claustrophobic, static, and almost unbearably tense. You are trapped behind Nora’s monitors, feeling the same eye strain and paranoia she feels. The Twist You Won’t See Coming Minor spoilers ahead (but nothing the trailer hasn’t teased). Just as the investigation begins to heat up, Secret Eyes pulls the rug out from under you. In a stunning third-act reveal, we learn that Nora isn’t just a passive observer.
