I finally laced up my trainers and attempted her infamous "Hard Workout" protocol. Spoiler alert: I threw up a little in my mouth during round three. But I also came out the other side looking like a glazed donut (sweaty, red, and oddly deliciously happy).

I’m not going to lie and say I loved every second of it. I hated the burpees. I cursed her name during the Devil’s Press. But 24 hours later, I feel tighter, stronger, and mentally sharper.
