If you love dark romance, morally black heroes (not even grey— black ), gothic atmosphere, and a heroine who grows a spine of steel, you will devour this book. Zade Meadows has no right being that compelling while doing the things he does.
I get it. Books are expensive. The duology ( Haunting Adeline and its sequel, Hunting Adeline ) is wildly popular, and waitlists at libraries can be months long. The temptation to type that search into Google is real.
Diving into the Dark: My Haunting Adeline Experience (And Why Everyone’s Looking for it on VK)
Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌕 (4/5 – Deducted a star for pacing in the middle, but the ending is fire.)
If you’ve spent any time on “BookTok” (Book TikTok) or in dark romance Facebook groups over the last year, you’ve heard the whisper. Then the shout. Then the absolute scream about one book: Haunting Adeline by H.D. Carlton.
This book is everywhere. And for good reason. But recently, I’ve noticed a specific search term popping up in my blog’s traffic: “haunting adeline vk.”
Just please, don’t go looking for it on VK. Support the author. Your reading experience will be better for it, and so will hers.
