Released in late 2019 (and quietly remaining the current standard build for years), version 1.10.163 wasn’t about fixing the raiders at Corvega or patching the Molecular Relay glitch. This update had one primary purpose: fallout 4 version 1.10.163

Remember the old days of merging plugins with zEdit just to stay under the 255 limit? Gone. With 1.10.163, you can flag tiny mods (a single weapon, a new recipe, a standalone armor piece) as ESLs. Your load order can now handle total plugins (254 full ESPs + the rest as ESLs).
Do not let Steam auto-update. Set Fallout 4 to "Only update this game when I launch it" and always launch via your mod manager (Vortex/MO2) which bypasses Steam’s launcher.
