Deja Vu Actors Link -
This is the most dangerous pairing in Hollywood. For nearly two decades, film fans have played a brutal game of "Spot the Difference." Both are luminous redheads with wide, expressive eyes and brilliant comedic timing. They have literally been mistaken for each other by casting directors. The rule of thumb: If she is in a glossy musical drama ( Arrival , Hillbilly Elegy ), it’s Amy Adams. If she is being chased by a tiger in a bathtub ( Mr. & Mrs. Smith ) or a sorceress in a casino ( Now You See Me ), it’s Isla Fisher. The Mandela Effect is strong with this one.
Furthermore, Hollywood loves a "strong jaw" or a "girl next door" archetype. These archetypes are genetic templates. Just as there are only 12 basic facial structures in the world, there are only 12 basic leading-man looks. If you succeed as a blonde Everyman (Matt Damon), a cheaper clone (Mark Wahlberg) will inevitably rise to do the Boston version. So, the next time you feel a chill of uncanny familiarity watching a Netflix original, don't adjust your screen. You aren't having a stroke. You have simply encountered a Déjà Vu Actor. deja vu actors
